We have established the 7 Values under the concept of "Crew Ship."

We want to build a stronger foundation for growth by defining our values in line with the changes in our organization and products. With this strong conviction, we have created it.

1. Owner Ship (To strongly embrace a sense of ownership)

I will never cut corners and strive to be the kind of person who can deliver the right performance for each era.

Rapid decision-making and action are the shortest path to growth and lead to maximizing customer value.

By advancing the project at an overwhelming speed, the speed at which results are achieved will also increase.

I'd rather be the person who can create five 80s than just one 100.
