Shuttle Service
A.
We currently provide a free shuttle service only at Shimojishima Airport. You can select the
shuttle option when making a reservation online.
On the day of your arrival, please wait near the red post by the airport exit.
Our staff will pick you up.
A. Yes, we do. Please contact us in advance if you would like to request a shuttle.
Reservations & Pricing
A. Yes, the rental fee is calculated per calendar day.
Changes & Cancellation Fees
A.
Please call the rental office where you made your reservation. A cancellation fee will apply, so
please be aware of the charges in advance.
Cancellation Fees:
・More than 1 week before: Free
・Within 1 week: 10%
・3 days before: 30%
・1 day before: 50%
・Same day: 100%
・Typhoon: Free cancellation if your flight is canceled (departure or return)
・COVID-19: Free cancellation with proof of a positive test

Cancellation fees due to typhoons:
If your flight is canceled due to a typhoon, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Please make sure to contact us by email or phone if you need to cancel your reservation!
Reservation Process
A.
In some cases, due to accidents or issues that prevent timely maintenance, the car you reserved
may not be available.
In such cases, we will provide you with a substitute vehicle of equal or higher class.
A.
To make a rental car reservation, we need the following information:
・Destination
・Date and time
・Pick-up office location
・Preferred car class
・Optional extras
・Name and phone number
・Type of driver's license
For online reservations, credit card information will also need to be provided.
A. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance from the inquiry date. For online reservations, bookings are available up to 6 months in advance.

Drivers
A. It is legally prohibited to provide or arrange for a driver.
A.
Yes, it is possible.
Please inform the staff on the day of your rental.
The driver will need to present their driver's license, which will be recorded.
Vehicles
A. We provide free, one-size-fits-all helmets for you to use.
A. All of our vehicles are non-smoking, so you can rest assured!
A.
Some car models come with a standard navigation system.
Not all vehicles are equipped with it, so please let us know your preference when making your
reservation.
For online reservations, you can check the available features when selecting the car model.

Yes, we do offer child seats, but availability is limited, so please let us know your request
when making a reservation.
For online reservations, please select the child seat option.
If you need multiple child seats, please contact the rental office for assistance.

We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in our vehicles.
If a pet is discovered in the car, a cleaning fee will be charged at the time of return.
Note: Service animals are an exception and are not subject to this policy.
Accidents & Issues
A.
In the event of an accident, please follow these procedures immediately:
(1)Provide medical assistance to any injured persons.
(2)Report the accident to the police and file a report.
(3)Confirm the details of the other party involved.
(4)Contact the rental office where you picked up the vehicle.

Regardless of the extent of the damage, the procedures listed above must be followed.
If you are unsure of the steps, please contact the rental office where you picked up the
vehicle.
A. If cleaning is required, a charge will be applied as part of the damage compensation (NOC). The fee will be 20,000 yen or 50,000 yen depending on the severity, and in severe cases, the actual cost of repairs will be charged.

Please report to the police and pay the fine before returning the vehicle.
If you are unable to pay the fine, we will collect the equivalent amount from you and pay the
fine on your behalf. Please have the corresponding amount ready when returning the vehicle.
Return Process
A.
Please refuel the car to full at the designated gas station on Irabu Island before returning
it.
If the fuel is calculated based on distance, please be aware that it may cost more, so we ask
for your understanding in advance.
A.
Extensions are possible if there is no following reservation.
Please contact us to confirm availability.
Please note that depending on other customers’ reservation schedules, an extension may not be
possible, so we recommend making your reservation with sufficient time.
Additionally, if you extend the rental period, an additional charge will apply, which should be
settled at the time of return.
