The Process from Departure to Return
We will explain the necessary items when you arrive on the day of departure,
the steps to follow on the day, as well as the process from using the rental car to its return.
STEP 1
Shuttle Service
If you would like shuttle service,please wait near the red post by the exit upon arrival.
Our staff will come to pick you up.
Currently, free shuttle service is available only from Shimojishima Airport.
STEP 2
Driver's License
You will be asked to present the driver's license of the person driving the rental car, and it
will be recorded.
STEP 3
Explanation
We will explain the details of insurance, coverage, and important points for returning the
vehicle. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask our staff.
STEP 4
Contract
After reviewing the contract, you will be asked to sign and pay the scheduled rental fee.
STEP 5
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card or cash.
Please check the payment methods displayed during the reservation process.
STEP 6
Vehicle Inspection
Please check the vehicle you will be using with our staff.If you have any questions about the car's operation, how to open the fuel cap, or the equipment, feel free to ask our staff.
STEP 7
Departure
That concludes the process.Enjoy your trip to Miyako Island with WE・RENTACAR!
STEP 8
Return
Please return the vehicle by 1 hour before your flight or by 5:00 PM on the same day.Before returning the rental car, please make sure to fill up the fuel at the nearest gas station.
If you are going to be late, please contact the return location in advance.
For those who wish to use the shuttle service, we offer free transportation to Shimojishima Airport.
