Our Promise as a Member of WE Rent-a-Car

The Credo is a set of concrete guidelines created by our employees to help members achieve their goals and dreams.

In 2018, the Crew came together to discuss and create a set of principles on what should never be forgotten as a member of WE Rent-a-Car, with input from across departments. The latest version, revised in 2020, is currently in operation.

The Credois compiled into a single card so that it can be easily reviewed and remembered at any time. It can also be viewed on PCs, smartphones, as wallpapers, and even as posters.

The guidelines created by the Crew for the Crew are still carefully followed and practiced. Every week, the team reads them aloud together as an ongoing effort to reflect on their actions and attitudes.

The Values WE Rent-a-Car Holds Dear

WE Rent-a-Car believes that by maximizing the potential and growth of the Crew, we can offer new value from "Asia to the world." To accomplish this with a strong sense of morality and a spirit of volunteerism, it is essential to embrace diverse perspectives with an open mind. By seeing things through, many new insights and opportunities will unfold.

Next, in order to provide more value, it is essential to work together with others, as one person alone has its limits. Additionally, to always maintain a smile, it is important to take the initiative to enjoy everything and express gratitude to those around us. Lastly, growth. To grow, we must approach new challenges with an open mind and see them through. This series of actions is something WE Rent-a-Car values deeply.
