4. (Safety Management Measures)
We recognize the risks associated with personal information, such as unauthorized access, leakage, loss, and damage, and establish corrective and preventive measures to mitigate these risks. WE・RENTACAR will establish an internal system to promptly and appropriately address any complaints or inquiries regarding the personal information we handle.

To appropriately handle the personal information entrusted to us, WE・RENTACAR will work on the continuous strengthening and improvement of the internal system, including the development of a management system, the establishment of internal regulations, training of employees, and the implementation of proper internal audits. This includes a review of this policy. The management system will be continuously improved in line with changes in circumstances. This policy will be distributed to all employees and made available on our website for the general public.
