Please arrive at the store at your reserved time.
We will explain important usage instructions and insurance details. After completing the procedures, we will guide you to your vehicle.

Items to Bring on the Day

1. A valid driver's license
2. Credit card or cash for payment
3. If there are additional drivers, please bring their valid driver's license.

Departure Procedures

1. Upon arrival at the store, please provide your name to the staff.
2. We will confirm your reservation details, and you will need to sign the rental agreement (car rental contract).
   If multiple people will be driving, please ensure all drivers sign the rental agreement.
   
3. The rental payment amount will need to be paid in advance.
   As a rule, we ask that payment be made by credit card.

Before departure, the staff at the store will explain the vehicle to you.
Since you are driving a car that you may not be familiar with, please be extra cautious and prioritize safe driving.

Precautions When Driving an Unfamiliar Vehicle

When driving a vehicle that is different in size or specifications from your own car, make sure to drive safely and cautiously.

1. Be aware of the vehicle's dimensions.
2. Pay attention to differences in length, height, and width compared to your usual car.
3. Check the operation of the car’s features before departure.
4. Familiarize yourself with the controls for the navigation system, audio, and air conditioning before leaving. Even simple controls can be confusing if you're not used to the vehicle, so make sure to double-check everything before departure.

Safe Driving Guidelines

Since you are driving an unfamiliar vehicle, please follow the rules and return the car safely.

1. Always wear a seatbelt, even in the back seat!
2. It is mandatory to wear a seatbelt in the back seat.
3. Do not park illegally.
4. Illegal parking can lead to accidents or traffic jams. Always avoid parking illegally.
5. Use your mobile phone only when stopped!
6. Using a phone while driving is punishable. Only use your mobile phone when safely parked in a designated area.

Please return the vehicle to the designated return location by the scheduled return time.
We will guide you through the necessary steps and precautions for the return process.

1. Return the keys and vehicle registration document.
2. Vehicle condition check.
3. Final payment settlement.

Important Return Notes

1. Please take your trash with you.To ensure the next customer has a pleasant experience, please make sure to take any trash, such as drink or food containers, out of the vehicle. We also ask for your cooperation in cleaning the interior using the cleaning supplies provided in the car.
2. Please return the vehicle with a full tank of gas.Some return locations offer refueling services. If you refuel at a location other than the return site, you will need to present the receipt from the refueling station.
3. Before leaving the vehicle, double-check that you haven’t left anything behind inside.
4. We recommend allowing 30-60 minutes of extra time during the reservation to ensure a smooth return process.

Charges Upon Return

1. Overtime Charges
   If the return exceeds the scheduled time, overtime charges as per the price list will apply.
   If you need to change the scheduled return time, please contact the store in advance.
   
2. Early Termination Fee
   If you return the vehicle significantly earlier than the scheduled time, the basic rental fee for the unused period will be refunded. However, an early termination fee will be charged.
   Please note that if the original rental period was 12 hours or less, the difference will not be refunded.
   If you need to change the return time, please contact the store in advance.
   
3. Fuel
   The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel, and we ask that you return it with the same amount of fuel.
   If you are unable to return the vehicle with a full tank, additional charges based on the mileage or fuel gauge level will apply.
   Please note that the fuel charges may be higher than the actual fuel cost. Thank you for your understanding.
