Here is some important information to know in case of an accident.

We will guide you through our compensation system and emergency procedures in case of an unforeseen situation.
In the event of an accident, please prioritize human life above all else.
Please be sure to report the accident to the police and obtain an accident certificate (required for
insurance claims).

Please prioritize assisting the injured above all else. -
Contacting the police
Please make sure to obtain an accident certificate.
Please be aware that if you forget to obtain the accident certificate, you will be responsible for covering the full cost of repairs and any compensation. -
Contacting the departure location
Please report the accident to our store.
Please contact the departure location if the vehicle experiences any breakdowns or malfunctions.
We will arrange a replacement vehicle and take other necessary actions as needed.

Please proceed immediately to the police station listed on the confirmation sticker and complete the
required procedures.
We will contact you as soon as we receive notification from the police. - Please settle any fines or penalties immediately.
- Please return the rental car after the violation process has been completed. Please present the traffic violation notice along with the receipt or payment confirmation document with the date when returning the vehicle.
In the following cases, even if you have enrolled in the collision damage waiver or the Compensation system, the costs will be your responsibility.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, or driving under the influence of drugs
- If you fail to report the accident to the police at the scene
- If you fail to contact the rental location from the accident scene (if it is outside business hours, please be sure to contact us the next morning).
- If you settle with the other party without notifying our company
- If you were not wearing a seatbelt while driving
- If you drive with more passengers than the vehicle's capacity
- An accident involving someone other than the driver and additional driver listed in the rental agreement
- Damage to interior equipment, key water damage, or loss
- If you drive on areas other than the roadway, such as beaches, riverbeds, sand dunes, or forest paths
- Reckless driving or serious negligence by the driver (speeding, running red lights, distracted driving, drowsy driving, failure to stop at a stop sign, using a mobile phone, etc.)
- Single-vehicle accidents, hit-and-run accidents
