Regarding Requests to Customers for COVID-19 Prevention Measures

As part of our efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we kindly request your cooperation.

① Customers who meet any of the following criteria are requested to refrain from visiting

・Those who are feeling unwell, such as having a fever.

・Those waiting for PCR test results (or those who are scheduled for testing).

・Those who have been identified as close contacts or are possibly close contacts.

・Those who have a travel history abroad or have been requested by the government to self-isolate.

② Please cooperate by wearing a mask when visiting.

・When using the shuttle vehicles at locations such as the airport office, please wear a mask.

③ Please help maintain appropriate social distancing.

・We kindly ask that only the individuals conducting the procedures enter the store, if possible.

・Depending on the store's discretion, the number of people inside the store or in the shuttle vehicles may be adjusted.

・There may be times when customers need to wait, so please allow ample time when visiting.
